By accessing the Website, creating an account, applying for membership, placing an order, paying an invoice, requesting an allocation, or otherwise engaging with Cloakroom Reserve Pty Ltd, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to purchase liquor in Australia.

Cloakroom Reserve Pty Ltd does not sell, supply, arrange delivery of, or otherwise make liquor available to any person under the age of 18 years.

Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA), it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a minor. It is also an offence for a minor to unlawfully purchase, receive, possess, consume, attempt to purchase, or attempt to obtain liquor.

Proof of age and identity may be required before an order is accepted, before dispatch, at the point of delivery, on collection, or before any bottle, allocation or product is released. Cloakroom Reserve Pty Ltd may require satisfactory evidence of age from the purchaser, account holder, member, recipient, nominated recipient, collector or any other person taking possession of liquor.

You acknowledge and agree that any person nominated by you to receive, collect, accept delivery of, or otherwise take possession of liquor must be at least 18 years of age and must be legally permitted to receive liquor. Liquor will not be delivered to, collected by, or released to any person who is under 18 years of age or who is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory evidence of age and identity.

Where liquor is delivered, the recipient may be required to provide proof of age and identity and may be required to sign or complete a declaration confirming that they are over 18 years of age. Cloakroom Reserve Pty Ltd may also be required to keep delivery records in accordance with South Australian liquor licensing laws, licence conditions and regulatory requirements.

Cloakroom Reserve Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse, suspend, cancel, delay or vary any order, delivery, collection, membership, allocation, invoice, account access or transaction where Cloakroom Reserve Pty Ltd reasonably suspects that:

(a) the purchaser, member, account holder, recipient or nominated recipient is under 18 years of age;

(b) satisfactory age verification has not been completed;

(c) delivery, collection or release may result in liquor being supplied to a minor;

(d) the order, delivery, collection or transaction may breach the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA), any licence condition, responsible service obligation, delivery requirement or regulatory direction; or

(e) completing the transaction would be inconsistent with Cloakroom Reserve Pty Ltd’s responsible service standards.

Cloakroom Reserve Pty Ltd supports the responsible service, sale, delivery and enjoyment of alcohol and may refuse to complete any transaction where it considers that doing so is necessary to comply with law, protect the integrity of its licence, or uphold its responsible service obligations.
