Produced by Rémy Martin in Cognac, LOUIS XIII is composed exclusively of eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, the region’s premier cru. These eaux-de-vie are aged over decades in historic Limousin oak tierçons and continually reassembled by successive Cellar Masters to preserve the house profile. The Mathusalem contains the same cognac as the Classic decanter, bottled at 40% ABV, presented here at a 6-litre scale.
