A Grande Champagne cognac presented in the LOUIS XIII Magnum decanter, shaped by extended aging and generational stewardship.

Overview
LOUIS XIII: The Magnum extends the Classic expression into a larger format, carrying the same philosophy of time, continuity, and origin. It reflects a collective endeavour by successive Cellar Masters, each working with a horizon measured in decades rather than releases.

The Spirit
Produced by Rémy Martin under the LOUIS XIII name, the cognac within the Magnum is drawn exclusively from eaux-de-vie sourced in Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. These components are matured in old Limousin oak tierçons, some centuries old, and blended to preserve the established LOUIS XIII profile across generations. Bottled at 40% ABV, the spirit is identical in composition to the Classic decanter, distinguished only by scale.

Why It Matters
The Magnum format underscores the long-term vision inherent to LOUIS XIII. It highlights the continuity of blending philosophy since 1874, where consistency of style is maintained through careful selection and transmission of knowledge rather than reinterpretation.

Serving & Context
Best approached with restraint, allowing the cognac’s maturity and structure to present naturally, particularly in shared or ceremonial settings.

Availability Note
Presented in individually numbered, hand-crafted crystal decanters produced in limited quantities, with distribution subject to allocation and release cycles.
